Mentoring
For the decision only you can make — counsel from someone who has sat where you sit.
I mentor a small number of senior leaders — founders at inflection points, executives stepping into board rooms, next-generation leaders preparing to take the wheel. By design, this is the smallest part of my practice: few seats, full attention.
How it works
Finite.
Structured.
Honest.
- 01
A finite arc, not a subscription.
Six months, defined start, defined graduation. We name the outcome on day one and work toward it.
- 02
Structured and direct.
Two sessions monthly, async counsel between, one emergency call per quarter when it truly can't wait.
- 03
An honest ending.
Arcs can renew once. After that, the right structures are advisory or ad-hoc — dependence is not the product.
What it's grounded in
- 1,000+ founders mentored across four continents.
- Chief-mentor roles at the European Innovation Academy (eight years) and the Hult Prize; jury service for the European Commission's EIC Accelerator and MIT Innovators Under 35 — among many others.
- Board seats on both sides of the table.
- 21 years of banking discipline before any of it.

Tell me the decision you're navigating. If I'm not the right person, I'll say so.
